Location is close to Gardaland, and Parco Natura Viva and also close to the nice old town Sirmione. It's good price for family room ant this hotel has more family room than other hotels near by.
It's quite small rooms for long stay. For one or two nights is OK.

I am in that business too. We have the apartments to rent in Zagreb just for the short stay. So the accomodation in this hotel was good, Sirmione is very nice place to spend the evening walks and have a drink in the marina so everything looks OK.
It was just one night stay, but it seems very good. A lot of Italian people come to visit Zagreb during the summer vacations, and I hope they enjoy the city as much as we did.
